When wandering past Siam South Bank, scents of lemongrass, garlic, kaffir lime leaves and ginger begin to waft by, intriguing the senses and awakening the tastebuds. An important part of Thai culture, food is used to welcome guests into the home and to bring busy families together. Siam at South Bank honours this cultural tradition and every meal is an authentic fusion of flavours inspired by the restaurant’s namesake, Siam – the former name of Thailand. Some of the traditional dishes on the menu include Larb Gai, a spicy minced chicken salad and Choo Chee, a delicious seafood curry flavoured with kaffir lime leaves, and the wine list has been carefully compiled to complement the menu.
