URPoint Details
The Point Lookout SLSC Junior Activities Program (Nippers) offers a unique program for children aged between 5 and 13 years and we welcome new members. Our program currently has just over 110 children actively involved and is run every Saturday from October to March.
The primary role of the Junior Activities Program is to:

Provide the best possible lifesaving experience with the overarching aim being to encourage long term active participation

Provide opportunities for JA members to participate in enjoyable lifesaving activities and competition in an aquatic environment by offering a wide range of activities

Ensure the juniors are safe on Australia’s beaches through the provision of beach safety education programs

Develop a team based philosophy encompassing leadership, camaraderie, teamwork and fun

Promote social, emotional and physical growth and development in a healthy and safe environment
