Hi, I'm Lynne Gardner

I am looking forward to meeting you, but first, allow me to introduce myself. I am a Mum to three amazing young adults and enjoy nothing more than getting together and spending time with them. To stay fit and healthy to keep up with my children and their families, I am outdoors as much as possible for my daily dose of nature to reset my mind, body and soul. I enjoy travelling and experiencing different cultures.

How I Can Help You

I won’t spend hours talking about your past. Through hypnotherapy, we focus on how to leave all of that behind and teach you the skills to park any thought that doesn’t serve you. You will become more Teflon for anything that comes your way in the future. You will learn to manage the uncertainties of life, establish a realistic risk assessment, and trust your own capacities to deal with anything the future holds.  

Usually, four sessions will resolve any anxiety you might be running, and give you the tools to manage stress in the future. This is a key difference between us and other therapists.
